Namizədə olan tələblər:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or closely related field
  • Minimum 2 years of progressively responsible human resources experience
  • Experience in total rewards, performance management areas of HR
  • Demonstrated experience in employment law, regulatory knowledge, and reporting compliance
  • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, Power BI, PowerPoint and Visio)

Ümumi vəzifə öhdəlikləri:
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual Human Resources reports for the group of companies and submission to senior management
  • Analyzing data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Facilitating implementation of new training, development, recruiting, and other related initiatives
  • Implementation of participation in salary surveys
  • Assisting HR leadership with staffing, recruiting, and departmental budgets
  • Guiding and assisting with performance, benefit, and compensation review and evaluation processes
  • Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices
  • Support for the performance of work on the reward system
