Namizədə olan tələblər:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or another similar field (master's degree is an advantage)
- Knowledge of AR Labor Legislation
- Knowledge of HRM functions and procedures
- Experience in organizational design, grading systems, recruitment, and L&D
- Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani, Turkish and English languages
- Strong communication & leadership skills
Ümumi vəzifə öhdəlikləri:
- Develop and implement Human Resources grading systems, organizational design, recruitment, and L&D procedures
- Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs
- Recruits, interviews and selects employees to fill vacant positions
- Design, implement and monitor L&D and Performance Management procedure to enable employees and teams understanding of the goals of the company
- Monitor and manage monthly, quarterly, or annual HR reports and analytics
- Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets Company’s information needs
- Manages salary, benefits and reward of employees
