Namizədə olan tələblər:

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or another similar field (master's degree is an advantage)
• Knowledge of AR Labor Legislation
• Knowledge of HRM functions and procedures
• Experience in organizational design, grading systems, recruitment, and L&D
• Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani, Turkish and English languages
• Strong communication & leadership skills

Ümumi vəzifə öhdəlikləri:

• Develop and implement Human Resources grading systems, organizational design, recruitment, and L&D procedures
• Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs
• Recruits, interviews and selects employees to fill vacant positions
• Design, implement and monitor L&D and Performance Management procedure to enable employees and teams understanding of the goals of the company
• Monitor and manage monthly, quarterly, or annual HR reports and analytics
• Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets Company’s information needs
• Manages salary, benefits and reward of employees
