Namizədə olan tələblər:

• Bachelor (or higher) degree in mechanical engineering or related engineering;
• At least 3 years working experience as Mechanical Engineer or, Equipment Engineer or, Automatic Engineer or, MEP Engineer or, Production Engineer or, Manufacturing Engineer or Process Engineer
• Proficiency in using CAD tools;
• Strong knowledge of mechanical codes, standards, and regulations.

Ümumi vəzifə öhdəlikləri:

• Determining feasibility of designing/engineering new systems or modifying existing facilities for Project Plan, considering costs, available space, time limitations, company planning, contract fees and other technical and economic factors;
• Participate directly in the design, development and inspection of technical projects or in the engineering work of company;
• Perform quality control inspections on mechanical installations, equipment, and systems to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards;
• Conduct regular audits of mechanical work processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality procedures and best practices;
• Review mechanical design drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards;
• Document and report non-conformities, deviations, and deficiencies in mechanical installations and equipment and recommend corrective actions;
• Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address quality issues and implement preventive measures;
• Design, develop and carry out time studies and work simplification programs;
• Supervise and inspect the installation, modification and commissioning of mechanical systems at construction sites or in industrial facilities;
• Develop maintenance guidelines, schedules and programs;
• Working with maintenance teams to develop and implement preventative maintenance processes;
• Participate and support technical problem solving in the team;
• Investigate mechanical failures or unexpected maintenance problems;
• Develop and carry out policies, standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed;
• Carry out studies and put into use programs to determine the best inventory levels for production, and the best use of machinery, materials and resources;
• Create programs and carry out studies to improve industrial health and safety or to identify and correct fire and other hazards
• Analyzing as-is project specifications and system performance requirements to determine the designs/engineering which can be produced by existing facilities and methods.
