- Advanced certification in accounting and finance (e.g., ACCA MA, FA, FR)
- At least 3 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis, preferably within a similar industry. Experience working in a Big 4 accounting firm is highly advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (especially in Excel)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.

- Lead the preparation of accurate reports with meeting strict deadlines, ensuring compliance with relevant (İFRS) standards and regulations
- Develop and refine cost allocation models across business units, working closely with BU managers to ensure accurate and fair cost distribution
- Oversee the identification, assessment, and reporting of internal and related party transactions, ensuring transparency and compliance with accounting standards
- Spearhead the redesign of reporting frameworks to enhance clarity, efficiency, and relevance across all levels of the organization, incorporating key performance indicators and metrics
- Manage the testing and refinement of new reporting frameworks, including piloting, gathering feedback, making adjustments, and ensuring the accuracy and usability of reports
- Design and implement review and control mechanisms for reporting processes, establishing clear criteria for evaluation and ensuring the integrity of financial reports
- Assess opportunities for automation within reporting processes, lead the selection and configuration of automation tools, and oversee the deployment and training of users
- Prepare reports, disclosures for the annual external audit of financial statements
- Allocate tasks and responsibilities within the reporting team, ensuring a balanced workload.
