• - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field;
• - Proven working experience as Budgeting and cost control manager with minimum experience 3 years;
• - Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods;
• - Experience in ERP implementation;
• - Advanced computer skills on MS Office;
• - Relevant certification (e.g. CFA, CIMA, ACCA) is a plus;
• - Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships;
• - Outstanding leadership qualities, strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• - Design effective budget models for departments and the entire company;
• - Analyze financial information (e.g. revenues, expenditures and cash management) to ensure all operations are within budget;
• - Review budget requests for approval;
• - Analyze monthly department budgeting and accounting reports to maintain expenditure controls;
• - Provide detailed analysis and commentary on cost center results;
• - Present annual budgets to the management;
• - Establishing the cost centers;
• - Design/implement effective cost calculation and accounting system in ERP;
• - Creating, updating, and maintaining financial models and detailed forecasts of the company’s future operations;
• - Design and implement effective budgeting and costing policies and procedures;
• - Solve all tasks assigned by the management in a timely and accurate manner.
