- - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field;
- - Proven working experience as Budgeting and cost control manager with minimum experience 3 years;
- - Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods;
- - Experience in ERP implementation;
- - Advanced computer skills on MS Office;
- - Relevant certification (e.g. CFA, CIMA, ACCA) is a plus;
- - Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships;
- - Outstanding leadership qualities, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ümumi vəzifə öhdəlikləri:
- - Design effective budget models for departments and the entire company;
- - Analyze financial information (e.g. revenues, expenditures and cash management) to ensure all operations are within budget;
- - Review budget requests for approval;
- - Analyze monthly department budgeting and accounting reports to maintain expenditure controls;
- - Provide detailed analysis and commentary on cost center results;
- - Present annual budgets to the management;
- - Establishing the cost centers;
- - Design/implement effective cost calculation and accounting system in ERP;
- - Creating, updating, and maintaining financial models and detailed forecasts of the company’s future operations;
- - Design and implement effective budgeting and costing policies and procedures;
- - Solve all tasks assigned by the management in a timely and accurate manner.
