- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in business development, partnership management
- Experience working with local and international markets
- Fluency in written and spoken English (knowledge of Russian is an advantage)
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience in evaluating financial indicators and business cases
- Proven negotiation, presentation, and contract discussion skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and business analytics tools
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Ümumi vəzifə öhdəlikləri:
- Research and identify new business opportunities for STP’s production enterprises and report findings to management
- Conduct strategic analysis on new markets and products, and develop business development proposals based on results
- Engage in initial and intermediate negotiations with potential partners to discuss cooperation models
- Evaluate joint production, technology transfer, and distribution opportunities, and present recommendations to management
- Develop operational and commercial proposals, considering the needs and capacities of production enterprises
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to prepare financial and commercial justifications for new projects
- Coordinate with legal, finance, procurement, and production departments to support contract and negotiation processes
- Represent STP at international and local events, exhibitions, and meetings
- Provide regular updates to the Group Business Development Director on the progress of negotiations and projects
