  • Experience in export markets and tender processes.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage commercial contracts.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand financial indicators (P&L, margin analysis).
  • Bachelor Degree in Business, International Trade or Engineering; MBA is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or Key Account Management (preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors).
  • CRM and MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Language skills: Azerbaijani and English (required), Russian is an advantage.

Ümumi vəzifə öhdəlikləri:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for strategic clients (local or international).
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ businesses and needs, and provide solutions based on STP products.
  • Execute sales plans and annual targets.
  • Coordinate tenders and commercial proposals centrally for each business unit.
  • Closely collaborate with BU sales teams during post-contract operational phases.
  • Monitor the implementation of HQ standards in sales processes.
  • Conduct stakeholder mapping: identify decision-makers and influencers within client companies.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, manage complaints and risks proactively.
  • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market monitoring.
  • Track sales performance and prepare periodic reports for HQ.
  • Participate in the development of pricing policies and commercial terms.
