- Experience in export markets and tender processes.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage commercial contracts.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand financial indicators (P&L, margin analysis).
- Bachelor Degree in Business, International Trade or Engineering; MBA is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or Key Account Management (preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors).
- CRM and MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Language skills: Azerbaijani and English (required), Russian is an advantage.
Ümumi vəzifə öhdəlikləri:
- Serve as the main point of contact for strategic clients (local or international).
- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ businesses and needs, and provide solutions based on STP products.
- Execute sales plans and annual targets.
- Coordinate tenders and commercial proposals centrally for each business unit.
- Closely collaborate with BU sales teams during post-contract operational phases.
- Monitor the implementation of HQ standards in sales processes.
- Conduct stakeholder mapping: identify decision-makers and influencers within client companies.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, manage complaints and risks proactively.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market monitoring.
- Track sales performance and prepare periodic reports for HQ.
- Participate in the development of pricing policies and commercial terms.
