Namizədə olan tələblər:

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in construction cost control and quantity surveying;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis);
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD for drawing review and measurement tasks;
• Familiarity with cost control or project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, Power BI) is a plus;
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail;
• Effective communication and coordination abilities;
• Experience on client-side is preferred, but contractor-side backgrounds are also considered;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Understanding of construction projects and engineering procedures and standards;

Ümumi vəzifə öhdəlikləri:

• Monitor and control project costs and expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budgets;
• Prepare and update short-, medium- and long-term cash flow forecasts and cost reports (planned vs. actual)
• Analyse cost and expenditure variances and provide explanations for deviations;
• Review and verify contractor/subcontractor invoices and payment certificates;
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications in coordination with quantity surveyor;
• Assist in the preparation, updating and analysing of the Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and Unit Price Breakdowns (UPBs);
• Track and monitor quantities in coordination with quantity surveyor based on design revisions and site changes;
• Certify actual quantities executed on site and assess work progress;
• Coordinate with procurement and finance teams on contract and cost-related matters, including market price research and analyses of the goods, works and services;
• Support change management and risk assessment with cost and unit price analysis;
• Generate regular cost and quantity reports using Excel;
• Utilize AutoCAD for drawing reviews and quantity extraction;
• Maintain documentation for all cost and quantity-related records;
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams for integrated cost control.
