Namizədə olan tələblər:
- Higher education in law, economics, psychology, business administration or social sciences;
- At least 5 years of experience in HRM;
- Strong knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations;
- International certifications in Human Resources Management (CIPD, HRCI, SHRM) are preferred;
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; ERP knowledge is an advantage;
- Fluent in Azerbaijani; Good command of English (both written and spoken) is required;
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
Ümumi vəzifə öhdəlikləri:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies through various channels, including universities, job fairs, external recruiters and both traditional and online publications;
- Write and post job ads; conduct initial screenings and interviews; create and maintain a candidate database;
- Manage daily HR tasks, including employee records (personnel documentation), compensation and benefits;
- Maintain a training tracking system and database of training providers for employees;
- Collaborate with leadership in providing recommendations related to HR policies, procedures, programs and projects.
